Cement-Polymer Based Waterproofing Coating LB02

DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATION

▪ LB-02 is a cementitous base, 2-component polymer modified waterproofing coating. It is applied to concrete and mortar to prevent water infiltration.

▪ LB-02 can be used for external and internal waterproofing. Areas of application: potable water tank, basements, terraces and balconies, bridges, retaining walls,... Good for waterproofing counter.

FEATURE OF TECHNICAL

▪ Raise to ability waterproofing, anti corrosion;

▪ Slightly flexible; breathable;

  ▪ Time dry have strength: 24-36 hour;

  ▪ Open time work at 25^oC: 30-40 minutes;

  ▪ Temperature work: 5-45^oC;

▪ Non hamful with person and environment.

ASPECT OF PRODUCT

▪ Component A is grey power: 20kg/bag, component B is white milky liquid: 5kg/pail.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

▪  Mix ratio A : B = 4 : 1;

▪ Dosage for 1m² is 1-1,5kg per coat, two coats are always required;

▪ Mix by hand or machine;

▪ Clean and moist with surface structure before execute work product;

▪  Execute the work by using brush or rulo;

▪ Execute coating layer thick 1-1,5mm for one layer, in case of require more layer coating should later layer perpendicular with last layer. It is about 03 hours before applying the second coat.

▪  Curing the coating after 12-16 hours, and extend 2-3 days;

▪  Keep in cool and dry places;

▪  Expiry date 12 months from the production date.
